CGC Comics Announced as Presenting Sponsor of FCBD 2024!

Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is excited to announce Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) as the Presenting Sponsor for our 2024 event! With this epic superhero partnership, collectors and comic book shops can look forward to special offers, giveaways and a free CGC custom label!

Free Comic Book Day 2024 is set to take place on Saturday, May 4 (May the 4th be with you!) with 48 free comics available at participating local comic shops around the world. The line-up features 12 Gold Sponsor titles and 36 Silver Sponsor titles with stories from superheroes to movies and video games, beloved franchises and favorites for all-ages. There’s sure to be a comic for every reader!

CGC is poised to bring some extra pizzazz to the Free Comic Book Day experience by offering a unique opportunity for collectors to preserve and enhance their cherished FCBD treasures. As part of this exciting new initiative, CGC will offer an all-new, complimentary FCBD label for all FCBD books submitted for grading, adding an extra layer of prestige to these limited editions. This complimentary label is available for all FCBD books, including titles from previous years.
